- All India Quota Seats,
- State Government Quota Seats,
- Central Institutions/Universities/Deemed Universities,
- State/Management/NRI Quota Seats in Private Medical/Dental Colleges or Private Universities,
- Central Pool Quota Seats,

The counseling process for successful candidates will be conducted by the MCC/DGHS, covering 15% All India Quota seats and 100% seats, including the 85% State quota seats in Central Institutions, AIIMS, JIPMER, Central Universities, and Deemed Universities. For seats under the control of State Governments, UT Administrations, State Universities, and Institutions, the counseling process will be carried out by the respective designated authorities of the State Governments. These authorities will follow separate notifications issued by the concerned entities. This decentralized approach ensures that the admission process for these seats is conducted in accordance with the specific guidelines and regulations set by each state, UT, university, or institution. It provides a tailored and efficient method for managing admissions at the state level, ensuring transparency and adherence to local regulations.
