JEE Main 2021 Phase 2 Application Form

JEE Main 2021 Phase 2 registration process will begin after the announcement of Phase 1 results. Candidates who have already applied and paid fee for Phase 2 while filling the application form for Phase 1 need not register again. Fresh candidates will be allowed to fill the application form for Phase 2. The application portal will open for a short duration to accommodate JEE Main 2021 Phase 2 registrations. The registration process is as follows –

Step 1

Visit the official website – www.jeemain.nta.nic.in and click on the application form link on the homepage.

Step 2

Click on ‘New Registration’. Read the instructions carefully and click on ‘Proceed’

Step 3

Fill in all the personal details such as Name, Date of Birth, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Gender, Category, Exam Centre Preference (can choose 4 cities) and Education details.

Step 4

Upload the scanned image of the Photograph and Signature.

Step 5

Pay the application fee by using a credit or debit card or an internet banking facility.

Step 6

Take the printout of the application form confirmation page.

Note: Candidates applying for multiple sessions must note that a separate exam fee has to be paid for each session.

JEE Main 2021 Phase 2 Exam Pattern

JEE Main 2021 exam pattern is similar across all phases. The Paper 1 exam will have a total number of 90 questions, and the test-takers will have to answer 75 questions. The number of Numerical Value Questions has been increased from 5 to 10 in each subject. Some of the major highlights of the exam pattern can be checked below.

JEE Main 2021 Phase 2 Syllabus

JEE Main 2021 Phase 2 Admit Card

NTA will release the Phase 2 admit card for JEE Main 2021 in the second week of March. As the exam takes place from March 15 to 18, the admit card may be released after March 05. The admit card will have the exam center name & address. It is important to carry the admit card along with the ID proof here.

JEE Main 2021 Phase 2 Answer Key & Response Sheet

The Phase 2 answer key and response sheet for JEE Main 2021 will be released within 2 days after the exam. The candidates can crosscheck their answers with the help of the answer key & response sheet. NTA gives a 2-day window to challenge the answer key.

JEE Main 2021 Phase 2 Result

NTA will release JEE Main Phase 2 result within 5 days after the exam. Candidates who have cleared/ not cleared Phase 2 will have a chance to appear for Phase 3 & 4. In order to access the result, the candidates will have to enter the Application Number & Password.
